Resolution approving the FY2010-2011 Emergency Shelter Grant Program; and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to apply for, accept, and expend the City’s FY2010-2011 Emergency Shelter Grant Program entitlement from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $926,523 and to expend reprogrammed funds in the amount of $35,703.
