Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by adding Section 2.8 to establish a General Advertising Sign Relocation Procedure; amending the San Francisco Planning Code by amending Section 303 to establish criteria applicable to the Planning Commission's approval of general advertising sign relocation sites; amending the San Francisco Planning Code by amending Section 1111.7 to prohibit the relocation of new general advertising signs to Historic Districts or Conservation Districts regulated by Article II unless it is an historic sign authorized by Planning Code Section 608.14; adopting findings.
