Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the proposed Ordinance ordering the vacation of a portion of 19th Street located at the western intersection of 19th and Dolores Streets adjacent to Mission Dolores Park; approving the jurisdictional transfer of such portion of public right-of-way and other portions of 19th Street bisecting Mission Dolores Park, previously vacated by Board of Supervisors, from the Department of Public Works to the Recreation and Park Department; adopting environmental findings and findings that the actions contemplated herein are consistent with the City's General Plan and Planning Code Section 101.1; and authorizing official acts in connection with this Ordinance.
