Resolution approving and authorizing the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to execute Contract No. PRO.0333.D, As-Needed Environmental Review Services, with GEI Consultants to provide as-needed environmental services pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act and the National Environmental Policy Act, and to obtain resource agency permits, for an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 for a duration of seven years, starting October 14, 2026, through October 14, 2033, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118.
