Resolution retroactively authorizing the Police Department to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $123,664.99 from the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, under the Fiscal Year 2021 Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest Partnership to fund purchases of vests for law enforcement officers in the Police Department, Sheriff’s Department, Adult Probation Department, and Juvenile Probation Department purchased after April 1, 2021, through August 31, 2023.
