Resolution approving and authorizing an Agreement with San Francisco Cruise Terminal, LLC for the Sale of approximately 22,600 square feet of real property located at the corner of Beale and Bryant Streets on Seawall Lot 330; approving and authorizing a 66-year Lease with San Francisco Cruise Terminal, LLC for Piers 30-32; adopting findings that the Sale is consistent with the City's General Plan and eight Priority Policies of City Planning Code Section 101.1; and authorizing the Port's Executive Director and the City's Director of Property to execute documents, make certain modifications and take certain actions in furtherance of this Resolution.
