Title: Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Public Health to accept and expend a grant increase of $2,046,778 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for participation in a program, entitled “High-Impact HIV Prevention and Surveillance Programs for Health Departments,” for an amount of $7,055,155 for the period of June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026, and a total grant amount of $12,756,614 for the period of August 1, 2024, through May 31, 2026; approving the Grant Agreement pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118(a); and to authorize the Director of Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the Grant Agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Grant Agreement or this Resolution.
