Resolution urging the Department of Public Works to evaluate current street conditions and investigate why, with all the ordinances that prohibit litter and reward whistleblowers, with all the trash receptacles available, and with all the previous “Clean Streets” campaigns, the streets of San Francisco are still filthy in many areas throughout our City.
