Orion Properties, LLC, a California limited liability company as Landlord, for an initial six month term (immediate occupancy upon full execution of lease) plus five one-year annual renewals thereafter, rent commencement from approximately April 1, 2018, to no later than September 30, 2023, for use by the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing for emergency shelter purposes at an initial annual rent of $489,000 with 3% annual increases; finding the proposed transaction is in conformance with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
