Ordinance amending the Police Code to authorize the posthumous transfer of Verified Equity Applicant status to one of up to four designated beneficiaries who are members of the decedent’s immediate family; establishing a one-year redemption period, a registration and disclosure process with the Office of Cannabis, and procedures for transfers of Verified Equity Applicant status; and granting the Office of Cannabis rulemaking authority.
