Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health, Community Behavioral Health Services (SFDPH, CBHS), to enter retroactively into an agreement with the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), the primary contractor, and expend additional funds in the amount of $351,939 to provide local and multi-site evaluation of the integration of buprenorphine treatment into the SFGH AIDS Program, and to add one (I.0) new position funded through this agreement; for the period of September 1, 2004 to August 31, 2009.
