Resolution approving an amendment to the budget of the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco for FY2009-2010 by increasing the Agency's tax increment bond proceeds by $28,000,000 and authorizing expenditures in an amount not to exceed $28,800,000 for payment to the Supplemental Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund.
