Resolution authorizing designated City and County of San Francisco officials to execute and file, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, any actions necessary for the purpose of obtaining federal financial assistance provided by the federal Department of Homeland Security, and sub-granted through the State of California under various grant programs, including: 1) FY2011 Homeland Security Grant Program, for the FY2011 Urban Areas Security Initiative grant; 2) FY2011 Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program; 3) FY2011 State Homeland Security Grant Program (which includes the Metropolitan Medical Response System and Citizen Corps Programs); 4) FY2011 Emergency Management Performance Grant; and 5) Public Law 112-10.
