Ordinance amending Section 313.1 of the Planning Code to authorize the Planning Department, the Mayor's Office of Housing and the Department of Building Inspection to delegate responsibilities under the Jobs-Housing Linkage Program, and amending Section 314.1 of the Planning Code to authorize the Planning Department to delegate responsibilities under the Child Care Fee.
