Ordinance authorizing the Mayor's Office of Economic and Workforce Development to retroactively accept and expend a grant in the amount of $238,000 from the United States Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration to fund the Green Jobs Workforce Development Training Project, and amending Ordinance No. 191-10 (Annual Salary Ordinance FY2010-2011) to reflect the addition of one (1) grant funded 1824 Principal Administrative Analyst at 0.5 FTE in FY2010-2011 in the Mayor's Office of Economic and Workforce Development.
