Ordinance amending the Administrative Code to require landlords to provide notices to their residential tenants regarding the rent increase limitations and just cause rules set forth in the Rent Ordinance and California Tenant Protection Act of 2019 (Civil Code, Sections 1946.2 and 1947.12) and regarding unit certificate of occupancy dates, and to require the Rent Board to assist landlords and tenants regarding these matters; and clarifying existing law.
