Ordinance de-appropriating $43,505,000 General Obligation (GO) Bond proceeds from 2020 Health and Recovery GO Bonds, Series 2025G from the Department of Public Health (DPH) and appropriating $83,475,000 of GO Bond proceeds from 2020 Health and Recovery GO Bonds, Series 2026B to the DPH and Recreation and Park Department (REC) in Fiscal Year 2026-2027; and placing the $83,475,000 in Series 2026B proceeds on Controller’s Reserve pending receipt of bond proceeds.
