Resolution urging the San Francisco Board of Education to place the highest priority upon the completion of the renovation of Bessie Carmichael Elementary School and further requesting that no new school construction be approved until the completion of the project and further requesting that the Superintendent of the San Francisco Unified School District to include the renovation of Bessie Carmichael as part of the next facilities bond measure to be presented to the voters of San Francisco.
