Ordinance amending Chapter 10, Article XIII of the San Francisco Administrative Code by adding Section 10.100-50 thereto; establishing a Deferred Maintenance Fund and accounts within said fund; establishing procedures for the request and approval of appropriations from the Deferred Maintenance Fund; establishing baseline adjustments to the Deferred Maintenance Fund and approving remaining balances in the Deferred Maintenance Fund for general governmental infrastructure assets.
