Resolution retroactively approving a Sole Source Agreement between the City, acting by and through the Department of Early Childhood (DEC), and Low Income Investment Fund to administer the San Francisco Child Care Facilities Fund and Technical Assistance for Early Care and Education facilities, for a term of two years from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026, and for a total not to exceed amount of $67,715,789; and to authorize DEC to enter into amendments or modifications to the Agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Agreement or this Resolution.
