Ordinance adding Chapter 11A to the San Francisco Administrative Code to require nondiscriminatory access to Broadband Transport Services, to require access to information, data or programming that is generally available to San Francisco consumers over the Internet without requiring them to view the proprietary content of grantees or their affiliated ISPs, to bar intentional prohibitions on access by San Francisco consumer to video streaming services over the Internet, and to encourage grantees and their affiliated ISPs to make their web sites accessible to San Francisco consumers with disabilities.
