Resolution urging City departments that fund social services for youth, including the Department of Children, Youth and their Families (DCYF), the Mayor's Criminal Justice Council (MCJC) and the Juvenile Probation Department (JPD), to collaborate with those departments that fund housing and community development, including the Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH) and the Mayor's Office of Community Development (MOCD), to explore the development of "special needs housing" that partners low-cost housing with social services, for girls and young women.
