Motion suspending Commissioner William Palmer from the Sheriff’s Department Oversight Board and approving charges of official misconduct against Commissioner Palmer under Charter, Section 15.105; directing the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to transmit this Motion and the charges of official misconduct to the Ethics Commission; and directing the City Attorney to serve this Motion and the charges of official misconduct on Commissioner Palmer.
