Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend retroactively a new four year grant, in the amount of $18,813 for the first year, from Bay Area Community Resources (BACR), for the Let’s Be Healthy! Project and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of October 1, 2005, to June 30, 2006.
