Resolution approving, retroactively, the Controller's certification that own recognizance release, pretrial court diversion, and supervised misdemeanant services provided to arrested persons in the City and County of San Francisco can be practically performed by private contractors at a lower cost for the year commencing July 1, 2002 than if work were performed by City and County employees.
