• Title: Ordinance amending Planning Code Section 315.5 to provide that off-site units produced to meet the City's Inclusionary Affordable Housing Program shall be of a similar square footage to the units produced in the principle project; amending Sections 315.4 and 315.5 to change the method of calculating the requirement for number of units produced under the Inclusionary Affordable Housing Program to more closely reflect the percentages stated in the text of the Ordinance.
