Ordinance appropriating $714,075 of surplus City Planning Commission Fees for professional services for preparation of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) related to community planning for San Francisco's eastern neighborhoods (Mission, South of Market, Showplace Square/Potrero Hill, Visitaction Valley and Bayview/Hunter's Point) and salary and fringe benefits for existing unfunded positions involved in Contract supervision of the EIRs and to address backlogs in environmental evaluation of various city projects for fiscal year 2002-03, placing $400,000 in Controller's reserve and $127,000 in a fiscal committee reserve.
