Resolution urging the Independent Blue Ribbon Panel to accept three additional nominations from the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and the Office of the City Attorney in which the Board of Supervisors shall nominate an Ethics Commissioner and a certified minority business enterprise/women business enterprise (MBE/WBE) contractor and the Office of the City Attorney shall nominate a City Attorney as the third member and further that the Office of the City Attorney may advise the panel on all matters pertaining to MBE/WBE provisions in the City's Administrative Code.
