Resolution authorizing the Mayor's Criminal Justice Council (MCJC) to accept and expend funds in the amount of $2,651,098 from the State Board of Corrections, from funds made available through Senate Bill 736 - known as the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act (JJCPA), for programs and approaches that have been demonstrated to be effective in reducing delinquency.
