Hearing to (1) determine how MUNI’s express bus routes can be improved for increased efficiency and reduced overcrowding; (2) examine the possibility of dividing the express routes into shorter distances and decreasing the number of stops; (3) address how to reduce commute time, and eliminate missed pickups and over-packed buses on routes such as the 1ABX, 9X 14X, 31ABX and 38ABX.
