Resolution approving a second amendment to the grant agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and Wu Yee Children’s Services for the provision of Early Care and Education Integrated Services to support the City’s implementation of the San Francisco Citywide Plan For Early Care and Education, to extend the term up to two years for a total term of July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2022, and to increase the grant amount by $36,251,054 resulting in a revised total grant amount of $75,810,088 to commence following Board approval.
