Motion scheduling the Board of Supervisors to sit as a Committee of the Whole on April 23, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing under California Health and Safety Code, Section 33433, and Section 4.7.2 of the Redevelopment Plan for the Transbay Redevelopment Project Area to consider approval of ground leases with Transbay 2 Family, LP and Transbay 2 Family Commercial, LLC, for the construction and operation of a mixed-use affordable housing development located at 200 Folsom Street, Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 3739, Lot Nos. 017 and 018, also referred to as Transbay Block 2 East within the Transbay Redevelopment Project Area.
