Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Public Health, Community Behavioral Health, Comprehensive Child Crisis Services (SFDPH, CBH, CCCS) (Provider) to enter retroactively into an agreement which includes a mutual indemnification clause and a binding arbitration clause, with Managed Health Network, Inc. (MHN) (Primary Contractor) to provide comprehensive child crisis services at a capitated rate to MHN enrollees for a total estimated revenues of $100,000 for the 22 month period beginning September 1, 2003 through June 30, 2005.
