Ordinance de-appropriating $6,672,963 consisting of $5,000,000 in salaries and $1,672,963 in fringe benefits in the Fire Department’s operating budget and re-appropriating $6,672,963 to overtime in order to support the department’s projected increases in overtime as required per Ordinance No. 194-11, and requires a two-thirds vote of all members of the Board of Supervisors for approval.
