Resolution authorizing the Office of the District Attorney to accept and expend a grant with California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services for an estimated annual amount of $196,906 for an estimated total grant amount of $590,718 dependent on approval of the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services funding for recurring grants that support the Unserved/Underserved Victim Advocacy and Outreach Program, for a three-year term of January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, should the parties agree to an amendment as allowed under the provisions of the grant agreement.
