Motion that the Board of Supervisors convene in closed session with the City Attorney for the purpose of conferring with, or receiving advice from, the City Attorney regarding the following two property tax cases in which the City and County of San Francisco is an active participant:
IBM Personal Pension Plan v. the City and County of San Francisco and the Assessment Appeals Board for the City and County of San Francisco;
San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. 404897; date filed: 2/25/02.
City and County of San Francisco v. Assessment Appeals Board of the City and County of San Francisco (IBM Personal Pension Plan, Real Party In Interest);
San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. 500887; date filed 5/10/02.
This closed session would be permitted by California Government Code Section 54956.9(c) and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(d)(2).
