Hearing to discuss affordable and supportive housing, changes to revenue sources and expenditures for affordable housing and supportive housing, affordable housing production and preservation, capital maintenance and operating subsidies, recommendations and findings from the Housing Stability Fund Oversight Board to target unmet needs and gaps in existing affordable housing programs, with special attention to advancing racial, social, and geographic equity; and requesting the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development, Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, Department of Public Health, Human Services Agency, and Department of Disability and Aging Services to report.
