Motion directing the Office of the Legislative Analyst (OLA) to conduct research on planning efforts by the Department of Children, Youth and Their Families, including its grant allocation process, its interdepartmental planning efforts, its coordinating efforts with other city departments to effectively leverage new State, federal or private resources, and any other efforts the Department utilizes in order to best eliminate duplication of services.
