Ordinance amending Police Code by amending Sections 613.1, 613.2 and 613.10 and adding Section 613.2A to require an applicant for a license to sell firearms to provide the Police Department with copies of certificates of eligibility to possess firearms for all persons who will have access to firearms on the dealer's premises and to restrict the employment by firearms dealers of persons who lack such certification.
