Resolution approving the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the City and County of San Francisco (CCSF) and the United States Department of Energy Seattle Office (DOE) to obtain support from DOE for the implementation of the City's renewable energy, energy efficiency and distributed generation goals, and to authorize the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) and the San Francisco Department of the Environment (SFE) to administer and act as co-leads for this agreement between CCSF and DOE.
