Resolution approving Amendment No. 2 to Paratransit Broker Agreement, to improve the ramped taxi program by leasing 24 ramped minivans to the Broker to be subleased to taxicab companies participating in the Paratransit Program, with guaranteed lease payments in the form of paratransit trips provided at no cost to the City; and to make other amendments updating the Agreement.
