Ordinance appropriating $150,000,000 of General Obligation (GO) Bond proceeds from 2020 Health and Recovery GO Bonds, Series 2025G to the Department of Public Health (DPH) and Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) for acquisition and improvement of real property for various behavioral and mental health facilities, permanent supportive housing or shelters, and related costs in Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026; and placing these funds on Controller’s Reserve pending receipt of bond proceeds.
