Resolution approving the award of the Professional Services Agreement for Airport Contract No. 50448, between Professional Business Providers, Inc., and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Airport Commission, for operations, maintenance, repair, and on-call services of Airport-Owned Terminal 2 Baggage Handling Systems and Passenger Boarding Bridges in the Domestic Terminals, in an amount not to exceed amount of $38,000,000 pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118(b), for a contract term of five years commencing on February 1, 2027.
