Resolution determining that the transfer of a Type 48 on-sale general public premises license from 515 Broadway Street to 2550 Van Ness Avenue, Unit #2 (District 6), to Frank S. Montarello, Jr. for Stellar One, Inc. dba "Broadway Joes" will serve the public convenience of the people of the City and County of San Francisco, in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Code.
