Ordinance retroactively authorizing the Office of the District Attorney to accept and expend a grant from the California Department of Insurance to fund the Organized Automobile Fraud Activity Interdiction Program in the amount of $1,192,890 for the grant period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027; and amending Ordinance No. 191-24 (Annual Salary Ordinance File No. 240596 for Fiscal Years (FYs) 2024-2025 and 2025-2026) to provide for the addition of one grant-funded position in Class 8550 District Attorney’s Investigator-SFERS (FTE 1.0) for the grant agreement period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027.
