Resolution authorizing designated City and County officials to execute and file on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, a public entity established under the law of the State of California, any applications or agreements and to take any actions necessary to obtain federal financial assistance provided by the federal Department of Homeland Security and sub-granted through the State of California, including the following grants: Emergency Management Performance Grant, Hazard Mitigation Grant, Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant, and Emergency Operations Center Grant.
