Resolution approving Amendment No. 2 to a grant agreement between the Office of Economic and Workforce Development and Bay Area Community Resources, Inc., for management of the COVID-Response Resource Hub Coordinator grant; to increase the contract amount by $4,780,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $14,779,999 for the period of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2025; effective upon approval of this Resolution; and to authorize the Executive Director of the Office of Economic and Workforce Development to enter into amendments or modifications to the contract prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the contract.
