Resolution authorizing the Department of Emergency Management (DEM), as fiscal agent for multiple local jurisdictions, to retroactively accept and expend Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program awards in the amount of $10,000,000 from the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), through the California Office of Homeland Security (OHS), for regional catastrophic preparedness for the period September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2010.
