Resolution imposing interim zoning controls for 18 months to require a Conditional Use authorization for proposed Electric Vehicle Charging Location Uses that will operate unattended during nighttime hours in all zoning districts except the M-1 (Light Industrial), M-2 (Heavy Industrial) and PDR-2 (Core Production, Distribution, and Repair) districts; affirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; and making findings of consistency with the General Plan, the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1, and Planning Code, Section 306.7.
