Ordinance amending Administrative Code by adding Chapter 12.P, Sections 12.P.1 through 12.P.11, inclusive, to create preferences in the award of city contracts for contractors that provide certain benefits or certain monetary supplements to employees and to employees' spouses and domestic partners, to authorize the Human Rights Commission to certify businesses entitled to such preferences, and to require the Purchaser to submit annual reports concerning such preferences.
